Crystal Falls communities makes Leander proud. It is a gorgeous hill country community on the west side of Leander about 15-20 miles northwest of Austin, Texas. The views are breathtaking and it is truly the beginning of the Texas hill country. There are five communities within Crystal Falls, Boulders at Crystal Falls, Highlands at Crystal Falls, Fairways at Crystal Falls, Grand Mesa at Crystal Falls and Cap Rock at Crystal Falls. Each of these communities is unique but all have the same Texas hill country nuances. Lots in these communities vary from 50′ lots to 7 acres. Crystal Falls Location
Crystal Falls is very convenient to the major thoroughfares for shopping, major employers in North Austin, Round Rock and Lake Travis. Take 183N to Crystal Falls Parkway and at the corner of Crystal Falls Parkway and Bagdad is the first Crystal Falls Community, The Boulders at Crystal Falls. Traveling west on Crystal Falls Parkway and just south on Lakeline Blvd. is the second Crystal Falls Community, The Highlands at Crystal Falls. Back to Crystal Falls Parkway and west to the third community, The Fairways at Crystal Falls. A very short distance continuing west on Crystal Falls Parkway are the communities of Grand Mesa and Cap Rock at Crystal Falls. The Fairways, Caprock and Grand Mesa are gated communities.
Future Plans
Taylor Morrison has purchased 1,200 lots for homesites at Crystal Falls. With the recent acquisition, plans are tentative at this point. They will be building in The Bluffs and The Fairways with the other two communities still in the planning stage.
