Caprock at Crystal Falls is the newest community in Crystal Falls. Caprock is located on Crystal Falls Parkway east of Lakeline Blvd. It is on the right just past the gate for Grand Mesa on the left. Grand Haven homes is the builder for Caprock. With 2 holes of the Crystal Falls Golf Course in view and with more than half of the homes backing to green spaces, early buyers may choose homesites with hill country views.
Caprock at Crystal Falls Homes
There are 120 homesites in this gated community. These homesites are divided into two sections. The section called The Villas section will feature Grand Haven’s Portocasa floorplans and will feature tile roofs with stucco exteriors. There will also be outdoor living areas to enjoy the beautiful hill country views and terrains. These floorplans will appeal to the young professionals and active adults. The estates will be the more traditional design and will have 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. Homes in this section will have a price range of $280 to $500’s. These homes are Energy Star Certified* and Texas Green Built Certified* according to Grand Haven Homes.
Caprock at Crystal Falls Schools and Shopping
Caprock at Crystal Falls is in the Leander ISD and the elementary school is just minutes away between Lakeline Blvd. and the entrance to Caprock. There are two elementary schools located in the communities, Whitestone and Winkley. The middle and high schools are Running Brushy Middle School which is located at the Highlands of Crystal Falls and the high school is Leander High School.
As for shopping, there is lots of shopping in the Cedar Park-Leander area. At the south end of Cedar Park is Lakeline Mall and all the way up to the Crystal Falls communities are great shopping centers like The Railyard, The 1890 Ranch, Gateway, and I cannot list all the smaller shopping centers and boutiques. The Crystal Falls area will provide for all the needs of family, whether single family or large family with all the needs of growing children.
