The Fairways at Crystal Falls is anything but flat. Almost every homesite has some type of view. The top tier of the neighborhood, of course, has absolutely fantastic long views overlooking the lower levels of Fairways, Grand Mesa, Chrystal Falls Golf course, Cap Rock, Crystal Falls newest neighborhood and the beautiful hill country. However, as the neighborhood flows downward toward the lowest level, there are still views and the lowest level overlooks a Crystal Falls golf course green. There is always the possibility to get up close to the local wildlife.
The Fairways at Crystal Falls was developed with the same Texas hill country theme as the other Crystal Falls neighborhoods. The native trees, cacti and limestone boulders are seen throughout the neighborhood and the gated entrance has a stop sign carved out of limestone and painted UT orange. The notice of deed restrictions and the sign marking this a private neighborhood are also carved from limestone.

The Fairways at Crystal Falls is a neighborhood of large homes. The predominant builder is David Weekly and there are homes by Mercedes as well as other custom built homes. These homes were all designed to complement the landscape and many of them have limestone exteriors. Most certainly, they have lots of windows to capture the views.
