Highlands at Crystal Falls is located just south of Crystal Falls Parkway at Lakeline Boulevard. Like the other Crystal Falls communities, Highlands entrance and section indicators are etched into limestone boulders. This is one of Leander’s finest traditional subdivisions. The homesites range from 60 to 90 feet of frontage and have deeper back yards than most newer communities. Streetscapes feature antique hill country street lights and mature oak trees. Homesites in the Estates section at the north and western sides of the neighborhood have hill country views. Highlands at Crystal Falls schools are in the acclaimed Leander ISD. Winkley Elementary school is located within the neighborhood and Running Brushy Middle school is adjacent to Highlands. Students here attend the Leander High School.

Highlands at Crystal Falls is very convenient to shopping centers in Leander and Cedar Park. There is also a good selection of medical offices, pharmacies, hospital and big box stores.
